This is the most useful report we get, and we fix these quickly. Please include:
A single word that fails is enough. We can reproduce most problems from that alone.
Tell us the page, your browser and device (for example “Chrome on Android”), and what you clicked. If the screen shows an error, a screenshot helps.
If a tool you need is missing, or an existing one is awkward on your phone, tell us. Much of the site was built from these requests.
For questions about what the site stores, or to make a request under GDPR or CCPA, email the same address and put “Privacy” in the subject line. See our Privacy Policy — in short, your text never reaches our servers, so there is rarely anything for us to hold or delete.
For advertising, partnership or other business enquiries, put “Business” in the subject line.
If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, email us with the page URL, a description of the work, and your contact details, and we will respond promptly. Note that we do not host user-submitted text — nothing you convert is stored on our servers.
